How do turn on my voicemail so it goes straight to voicemail when phone rings

Do I take it that you DO want ALL calls to go to Voicemail immediately? If so, you can set up call forwarding on your phone such that all calls go to voicemail - exact instructions depend on phone.

Some phones have an option/setting to forward all calls to voicemail.

However, the network provider (SMARTY) need to support this option as well - I'm not sure if SMARTY do?

Have you started by checking the settings on your phone - maybe al calls are automatically being sent to voicemail?
