Hi I am with SMARTY without auto renew but my plan ran out by 1 day over.
I logged in to my dashboard.
I find I need a new SIM !!!! Why couldn't I just buy a new plan.
I have ordered a new SIM. BUT now I am told I have no service for now and when I get my new SIM in a few days I will have a new number 😱.
What???
Can I request a PAC - which will be from Smarty because I am already with them - and use the PAC to port my existing number to the new SIM? All pointless but will that do it?
I must keep my existing number.
Question 2. While I wait for my new SIM, will this my existing number still receive incoming texts and calls.

I think that you should have a web chat with Support to see if they can assist you.
