Ghost notification?

I’ve got 1 notification warning and I’m struggling to get it off my iPhone screen unless I turn the notifications off?

ive looked everywhere on the app to get rid of it but it’s still there, I’m sure It’s obvious but any ideas 💡

Me too!  I’ve posted this in parallel.  There isn’t a notifications area within the SMARTY App in which to view and clear it

I’ve done all the usual, phone off/on, logged out/in etc but it’s still shining bright red on my screen 🤦🏼. I hate having notifications on my screen 😂

Oddly enough, that has happened to me today on the Smarty App. I'm not even sure what the notification was!

Like you, I can only get rid of it if I turn off notifications. Worth reporting to the Support Team as there may be an App glitch I suppose.
