I joined Smart in April and everything has been fine up until 3 or 4 weeks ago when I can't get any coverage at home and just have Emergency Calls Only. I have 'spoken' twice with Smarty who firstly said there was maintenance going on in the area and it would be fine. The next time I was assisted in doing network resets which worked briefly before reverting back to Emergency Calls Only.
What is going on Smarty? It is not good enough. Please explain what the problem is honestly or help me resolve it.

@Virgini_1988065 You re writing in the Community Forum here. We are mostly customers just like you and so do not have access to info about maintenance etc.
Have you tried all the usual 'tricks' like cleaning the sim and trying the sim in another phone to see if it does work there?
If all else fails, is it possible that you need a replacement sim? You can order from your dashboard but it will lock your account until you activate the replacement that they send you.
