i replaced the sim EE network to smarty data and text messages working properly but incoming and outgoing not working please help me and resolve the problem.

@GhulamM_2980949 You are not writing to Smarty here - we are just forum members like you.
The problem you have may be linked to the type of phone you are using; Smarty have turned off 3G signals and some phones are no longer compatible with the type of 4G service that exists now on this network.
