Hi,
In the absence of anyone answering my messages in web chat, hopefully someone here can help.
It appears that when I transferred my wife's number from O2 to Smarty, I've somehow ported her number to my existing Smarty sim, and in doing so have lost my number (and her calls/messages are going to my phone).
Does anyone know if this is fixable? Can I get my old number which I've had for decades restored back?
Thanks

@JamesCh_2598016 Your only chance is via web chat to Support Team unfortunately. The longer you leave it, the less chance of success I think.

Some mobile operators keep disconnected numbers available for 60-days, following their disconnection. Where this happens, a number can be recovered within this time-period, @JamesCh_2598016.
If SMARTY Mobile do do this, their web chat would be the way to find out.

Thanks. I've spoken to web chat this morning and they have confirmed they will attempt to recover the number within the next 3-5 working days

Did it work? I am trying to get my son into a group plan with me from his previous contract with 3. They've transferred my son's old number with 3 to me to replace my existing Smarty number and given him a new number. Chaos.

@Christy_2613223 It will depend upon where you completed the transfer in request. If you did it within your own dashboard, then this can happen.
