If you have voicemail set up but now want it deactivated, get in touch with us via web chat so that we can arrange for this to happen. Our team on web chat are available from 8am-8pm 7 days a week.

@AnnPark_2181243  Just to mention.....you are posting in the Community forum here. There are only a few Smarty employees here and so most of us could not access your account to deactivate voicemail.

The process is explained in one of the FAQ's at the top of the Chats & Hacks into page.
