Hi .. Does anyone ever get a reply from chat support… I have tried 4 times today and just keep getting the message “seen” but not answered…

Yes Saturday i spent 2 Hours on chat 40 to 30 to 20 minutes between replies

While I haven't used chat support recently, in the past it has worked very well for me.

I've been lucky enough to get replies when I recently used the web chat service. Are you signed-in to your SMARTY online account?🤞
