I’ve seen your new offers and this unfortunately has meant I’ve had to contact your customer service even though I know this means a lot of stress for me having aspergers.
YESTERDAY (yes that is when this started) I contacted them and went through the security knowing this is usually a 30 minute thing being as they are ‘offshore’ but no it took the DAY.
But anyway tell this pesky UK customer, HOW DO CUSTOMERS CHANGE TO THE NEW OFFERS.
BTW this isn't even the first time they've refused the security question where they ask my last payment and I point out I'm on credit I earned for refferals.

The first paragraph shows your current plan and you should see the option "change plan" at the end of it.

Your customer service has done it again, saying I'm wrong even after showing them the screenshot of my bill................seriously
how are we supposed to get anything done when you've got such bad customer service?
