Moving to SMARTY after being really messed around by O2.
They mistakenly terminated me entirely meaning the PAC they gave me to switch is invalid, hence SMARTY is struggling to complete the transfer.
I've had to start a new contract with O2 to get my original number reactivated and a PAC code issued.
I now have this, but I can't see where to cancel the old PAC submission and enter a new one, can this be reset? My dashboard only shows the status update for the old code which will never happen.

That's a bit of an unusual situation. You are best starting a web chat with Smarty support to see what can be done about it.

@RaeMccl_3076548 I totally agree with @SmartyTrousers on this one. Only Smarty Support team will be able to unravel this.
Best to check the status of the port that you ordered - were you given a date for transfer?
I'm just wondering if O2 issued the PAC and then closed off your account because Smarty had requested the transfer.

@RaeMccl_3076548 Another thought.....you didn't by any chance order a STAC rather than PAC from O2?
