Hi I can not use my phone have you got a reply yet if so can you let me know what to do

@Sharron_1985749 There could be many reasons why the phone is not working.

Firstly, check Network Status for your area. The network was down last week for a day but all should be fine now.

Was the phone working recently? What model?
