I can not send nor receive calls from my Samsung SM-G390F nor my Samsung SM-T575 using the same SIM at my home location NN14 but can if I travel 6 miles away. My Sim works in another person's Motorol...

my iPhone isn’t making or receiving calls since 3/ smarty went down on 23/01/25.
I live in Manchester and it won’t work anywhere. I am now becoming very frustrated as smarty has said everything is back up and running? But my phone isn’t?
can anyone help?
