@susanpa_1011388 This problem does seem to crop up from time to time and I have experienced it. You can in fact call 01, 02 and 03 numbers without paying any extra.
My theory is that a lot of those 0345 numbers are internet based. This means that your call goes from the mobile system to the 'landline' system and then to an internet based number. I feel that this is where the problem lies.
Whenever I have tried the same number later on, it goes through. also, it does not always happen with the 0345 numbers either.
