Hey everyone, I bought a SMARTY card from Amazon and put it in my Mifi Device and then went on the website via my phone And created an account and paid the 20 for unlimited data. It says shipping me a card and I can’t activate the card. I have. I’m not sure what to do next Can anyone help?

I don't think anyone around here is listening. This has clearly been an issue for years judging by all the similar threads about it.
Activation does not work.
I did exactly what those instructions say, and I'm sure @Gp77 did too - it's hard to get wrong. And despite following them precisely, the site still just says "awaiting number" because for some reason it's decided to send a SIM by post instead.

@Mike98798 "Anyone around here" are not Smarty staff and we try to offer help voluntarily.
If it isn't meeting your requirements, then have a web chat with Smarty Support or else raise a Complaint.
