Add on data bought is not showing on my app and not accessible

I bought an add on unlimited data for a month yesterday. I have the receipt confirming it from Smarty in email and on my account, but when I look at my data allowance it states there is nil and that I need to purchase some.
as Iโve already paid for it I need to access it. Help

@PatNewm_3302807 Do you mean the ยฃ17 UK Unlimited data add on for 30days?
Firstly, check on your account dashboard on the web site (rather than the app). If you think there has been a mistake, contact Smarty Support via web chat and they should be able to sort it.

Thank you. Iโve done as you suggested and it shows my add on, along with the number of days, but my available data is still 0. I donโt seem able to find the web chat, it all seems automated with stand responses and although Iโve tried asking the question in various ways I canโt get anywhere, just keeps going round in circles. Canโt find a phone number or even a live chat facility. Is this because itโs the weekend?

@PatNewm_3302807 There is no contact number because Smarty Support operates solely via web chat to keep costs down.
Normally you should see an option to move past the chatbot and place the query with a live person. This does not mean that you get an instant response as they may be busy.
Is your data actually working despite showing as zero?
