I have a similar problem. Trying to sign up for Social Tariff - I click on already a customer, but the chat bot doesn't appear to ask me to confirm details and provide evidence of my eligibility

I have similar issue with request to change to social taruiff
nce JUNE 2024 I contacted that link about social tariff there is no answer directly ZIP nothing, not even a NO! I have today here 2 records of the refernce Do you think I have much time on my hand to click on link, and complain about no reply?
Each time I contact live chat they explain there is someting not match in my details kept in the DWP portal, but they can not give screenshot as proof.

@DavidHar_600638 You haven't explained the nature of the problem, so it's difficult to help out.
