Okay @LaurenB550, you'll need to contact the customer support team, using the online web chat, with some photo ID so the these restrictions can be changed.
https://smarty.co.uk/contact - the agents work 8am - 8pm daily.
Members of the SMARTY community cannot look at customer accounts.

I did it with my credit card and I’m still waiting for a refund . At least **bleep** Turpin wore a mask !!!
