It'll definitely be quicker to ask the web chat team to look at your SMARTY account and remove the filter.

As @Chalkychap says, you will need to sign into your account and use web chat to speak to the Support Team. The reason is that Forum Members do not have access to your account information - the majority are not even employees of Smarty.
