Adding a SIM

We have an account with three phones already and we’re trying to add one. We already have the SIM but there’s no way to register it. The web site doesn’t allow us to open a new account without ordering a SIM, which we don’t need and clicking on ‘Add a SIM’ only takes us to the login page for an existing account, which we can’t use to add s as member to the group.

 All of the instructions present a sequence that isn’t available on the actual web site or app.

 We have the SIM. We have the phone to go with it. We have an existing group that already has three accounts/phones registered. This should be much easier.
