Hi I am trying to add a second SIM card to my account.
I have logged onto my existing account. I think I have picked a plan and paid my first payment.
I have not been asked to add my new SIM card number yet as I purchased one from a shop.
I was expecting to see on my account two plans but still only have one visible? I am waiting the 2 hours as that’s how long it can take but I still have not added my new sim number anywhere so is this normal?

@Abdulla_3206533 If you want a second SIM card - a new account - then you can choose whatever Smarty plan you want.
You can either have a Group with your first sim and then start the second one as a nickname sim - using the same email address and details or else you can use a different email address to start the second sim if you want it to be totally independent of the first.
If you have them both in a group, then you will get a discount on each (unless you have certain special offers)

If you navigate to the 'group plan' section on your dashboard, you should be able to see the second SIM card.
