I have been using a smarty bonus sim which was not added to my Smarty account. I pay £10 a month and I use it in my avtec caravan mobile router. It’s not been added to my smarty online account. The original sim is no longer used. I’m away now and have run out of data. Can anyone tell me how I can add it to my existing smarty account and top up the data?

@ElaineS_1421514 Hope I'm not missing the point here.......If the original sim is no longer in use, is the account even still live? If it is, can you not simply invite the new sim to be part of a group?
When you started off the bonus sim, did you start a new account? If so, you should be able to access that and top up.
