Hi there,
I have created a new group for myself, and two family members. Each of us have different types of plans with Smarty. In adding the latest member to the group, it has defaulted all payments to their account. Is there a way (apologies if this has been answered already) to have the 3 group members have their own individual payment method used, rather than it going from a single point? If so, can you explain how we set this up?

Hi David!
With group plans, all payments will be taken from the group owners account. We are sorry as this cannot be changed.
As a group owner you can manage and update your payment details but this payment method will still take all members payments. This article details this information: How will payments work if I’m in a Group? | SMARTY Help Centre
