I have a smarty SIM on my phone. I have also just set up a second SIM for data and want to activate it.....but it has posted one to me and I don't know how to activate the one I already have. I have paid for the additional package and don't want to wait for a different SIM

Hi, I have a similar problem.btried to activate my SIM but having one sent to me instead. Only £5 but I already have a SIM I want to activate.

But the contact page is an endless rabbit hole.

How does ACTUALLY contact your team to request help in activating the sim supplied with the modem???

I go to the <contact> page and only see links everything else except the link you suggested! 🤔🤔🤔
