Suechurch46 Why didn't you explain that at the outset? So, the account dashboard says you have an active sim and current Smarty plan, but the phone is not working?
Firstly, do a Network Status check to ee if there is a local mast issue.
Then try the sim in another phone to check the it's not down to the phone.
If it won't work in another phone, have a web chat with Smarty Support.

All sorted now thank you. The phone number was just switching over . Panic over.
