I have a smarty SIM on my phone. I have also just set up a second SIM for data and want to activate it.....but it has posted one to me and I don't know how to activate the one I already have. I have paid for the additional package and don't want to wait for a different SIM

@HamedYo_3102290  Posting such little information on a thread that was last used in November 2023 is not helpful.

You have explained nothing and so nobody can really offer you any help.

I've changed from 02 to smarty I've put SIM in now I can't use phone no calls nothing 

@Suechurch46  Firstly check your Account Dashboard to see that it shows an activated sim as well as a current smarty plan.

If you have only just activated the sim, it can sometimes take up to a couple of hours to get fully live.

he SIM has been in two days phone was working but now it's not . 

@Suechurch46  Why didn't you explain that at the outset? So, the account dashboard says you have an active sim and current Smarty plan, but the phone is not working?

Firstly, do a Network Status check to ee if there is a local mast issue.

Then try the sim in another phone to check the it's not down to the phone.

If it won't work in another phone, have a web chat with Smarty Support.

All sorted now thank you. The phone number was just switching over . Panic over. 

 

 

But the contact page is an endless rabbit hole.

How does ACTUALLY contact your team to request help in activating the sim supplied with the modem???

I go to the <contact> page and only see links everything else except the link you suggested! ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

Hi, I have a similar problem.btried to activate my SIM but having one sent to me instead. Only ยฃ5 but I already have a SIM I want to activate.
