Yesterday I had booked flight form Birmingham airport and due to network and service error I didn't make it to the airport on time and I have had missed my flight. I couldn't use my google maps app and and couldn't make phone calls and because of that I missed my flight. I am blaming you for what happened and I want compensation.

You are unfortunately unlikely to be able to claim any compensation as service can never be totally guaranteed - see T&C's
