I have the same issue and its not been detected in anything, I have feeling the sim has malfunctioned, I would like to order a new sim but keep my current Smarty payment plan and phone number

@Mohamme_1008142  Did you check that APN is set to asm.mob.net on the settings page for your dongle?

If you feel that a sim is faulty, you can order a replacement via your dashboard - but it will lock your account until the new one is activated.
