it needs a new section entitled “HOW TO SET UP YOUR DEVICE FOR USE OVERSEAS”

I know it’s in the FAQ, but the repeated posts re this, show that people aren’t reading the FAQ

Good suggestion @JJP2RidesAgain, although I suspect reading isn't fashionable nowadays, so adding more stuff to read probably won't result in fewer posts.

YouTube or TikTok might be a better channel for info about setting up roaming.

This is definitely needed, and maybe packaging should be redesigned too, telling customers that when roaming, they need to switch the APN in their phone to mob.asm.net AND that they must switch roaming on.
