Good morning everybody, my number eventually ported over this morning over 20 hours late !
But the old Smartie number is still showing on the dashboard, and when I go into my settings, it is still showing as my phone number which just isn’t correct ? I’ve got to say I’m frustrated by all of these that I’ve been going on 🤦♂️

Hello having same problem ported number over fine but showing wrong number on dashboard. contacted advisors and was told it would be passed to team and they would deal with it. Still hasnt been sorted. Thanks

I have exactly the same issue, it also won’t allow calls to me or texts to be sent to me from anyone on another network. Is yours the same?
