Hi, in a couple of weeks time I am going to HongKong for 1 month. Is there a upgrade to my package I can do so I can use my allowance over there?

@WayneKin_640127 Afraid you cannot use your allowance. The only places where you can are the EU countries.
The costs of international roaming are shown on the price guide P18&19: https://cdn.smarty.co.uk/files/SMARTY-Price-Guide.pdf
You would need to add credit to your account first and then all use would be charged. The costs are quite high and so it could be worth investigating the price of a local sim and also using wifi where possible.
