Will it ever end?
Nope! Not a sausage - which is why I asked! 🙂👍
paddywvw Now that's odd! If I look on my Account Dashboard then under Usage it shows what I have used (obviously!) and then the reset date for the plan, the exact nature of the plan and finally a line with "SPECIAL OFFER", 17 months remaining. (Yes, they are usually 15 months, but we had a notification a short while ago that our plan was being extended for another 18 months - hooray!)
If you are not seeing that, you need to web chat with Smarty Support team if you were expecting the offer to apply for some time.
It is marked as a "Promotion" on the top right of the data plan "card" and I have looked high and low for further information on the pages available, but nothing else appears to relate to it.
