I saw a deal for unlimited data for 16.00 a month advertised but when I look in my app it is not there? I want to change over to it before the 11th when my existing tariff of 50g will renew and customer service are useless

smarty uses some filthy tactics, the £16 unlimited data is only avaliable to new customers

In my experience, Smarty support are usually happy to switch you onto the special deal you've seen if you chat to them. How exactly are customer service 'useless'?

@AmyMcco_2773620 Did you see this through some third party? That does occasionally happen nd you can only get it via the place you saw it.
That said, @SmartyTrousers makes good point and it is always worth asking Support Team if you can have that deal - you may need to give the details of where you saw it.
@lukefow_2236187 If it's only available to new customers generally, why isn't it on the website - hence my feeling that it is via a third party.
