WhatsApp issue

I transferred this number from three to smarty. I am unable to use this number on WhatsApp whenever I try to register just get message that temporarily unavailable please try in an hour time, cant register

@Muhamma_2616072 I'm not sure that is linked to Smarty in any way. If you already have a WhatsApp account, is there a reason why you are trying to register? Shouldn't you simply log in?

Is it possible that WhatsApp already recognises an account with those details and so is not letting you register again?

Correct, nothing to do with Smarty @MSF

What are you trying to do ?

If you have switched from another network to Smarty and ported your number to Smarty, there is no need to register another WhatsApp account, as your number will already be registered with WhatsApp, which doesn’t care or know which network you are using.
