Three times a day I get a voicemail alert. When I access it I get a voice saying "Welcome to your voicemail. You don't have any new messages." Its irritating but I don't want to deactivate, in case I miss genuine messages. Any ideas?

One customer found that requesting a replacement SIM sorted the problem.
Just be aware that if you go down the replacement SIM route that your account, and ability to use your phone, will be suspended until the new SIM is activated (2 - 3 days depending on delivery).

If you don't want to, or can't (as you need your phone), go down the replacement SIM path the you can connect to the Live Chat to discuss the problem:-

Type 'Talk to a peson' in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser.
