I have an iPhone 11 and have a voicemail message but when I press on the recording symbol bottom right if my screen, it takes me to “call network provider”. When I do this I’m told I have no messages ! Obviously the voicemail has gone somewhere but where?
@SusanSw_2081284 If you put this through Dr Google, there is a suggestion that you go to Settings>Notifications>Phone>Badges then turn off and turn on again.
I have not tried this as I don't have the issue, but perhaps worth a try?
