Since the new Voicemail system has launched I have found it almost impossible to record an Extended Absence Message on my Voicemail (this is Option 0 then 5 in the Voicemail Menu) it seems to be that if I try to record a message longer than 15 seconds when I press the # key to finish recording the call just cuts off and doesn't save the message.
I had a chat with a Smarty agent on the messaging system but he couldn't seem to get to grips with my problem, I did ask him to escalate my message but I haven't got much confidence in him doing this.
Has anyone else had any issues with recording messages on this new system?
