My phone shows 7 new voicemails but there are no voicemails when I check. How do I get rid of this false information?

Have you tried powering down the phone and then powering back up after a minute or two?

Thanks for the reply but powering down doesn’t solve the problem

You could try asking SMARTY to deactivate your voicemail.
Do this via the web chat team, who are available from 8am-8pm 7 days a week.

Get in-touch online at https://smarty.co.uk/contactus, and look for the green chat icon (usually in the bottom right corner).

After you've deactivated your voicemail, leave it off for a few days, and then ask SMARTY to re-enable voicemail on your account - good luck @BWard_1783021
