My phone shows 7 new voicemails but there are no voicemails when I check. How do I get rid of this false information?

You could try asking SMARTY to deactivate your voicemail.
Do this via the web chat team, who are available from 8am-8pm 7 days a week.
Get in-touch online at https://smarty.co.uk/contactus, and look for the green chat icon (usually in the bottom right corner).
After you've deactivated your voicemail, leave it off for a few days, and then ask SMARTY to re-enable voicemail on your account - good luck @BWard_1783021.

Have you tried powering down the phone and then powering back up after a minute or two?
