Using Smarty for mobile broadband

I bought the smarty sim and put it in my router. However if I take it out and put it in my phone, will it work as a phone sim and allow me to tether to my laptop for unlimited data too?

@ShipsCat Aslong as you did not purchase a data-only sim plan then it should be fine in your phone. You can tether to the phone hotspot.
