How long was it paused for @CahirMc_1941324?
If paused/not-used for more than 6-months, the plan is cancelled.
Have you looked at your SMARTY dashboard, to check if you can unpause your plan?
Do this online at https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard - use Account Settings > Manage Plan menu options.
i.e. https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/manage-plan.

Neither of those pages offer any way of unpausing your plan.

@GraemeW_1912418 If you mean that you turned off auto-renew and did not buy another plan for a while, then you can simply start again and tick auto-renew if you wish.
This assumes that your sim is still live and was not deactivated after 220 days of inactivity.
