Just received email to say number has been transferred but unable to receive or make calls

As well as tips from @Chalkychap , check your dashboard to see if it shows the ported number.

Okay @AlanSea_1914126, a couple of things to try here:
- Turn OFF the phone with the SMARTY SIM - leave the phone OFF for at least 20 minutes, then try again.
- If that fails, do a Network Reset on your phone.
