Unable to make or receive calls

Hi,

I have a Fairphone 5 and have been happily using it with Smarty for quite a few months. However, I find I'm not longer able to make or receive voice calls. Texts are coming through no problem and I can WiFi call with WhatsApp.

I'm desperate to contact my doctor. Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

@RachelH_2843115 Have you checked that the settings are correct? Here is an article from the Fairphone support web pages: https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/9779766652689-How-to-set-up-4G-and-Wi-Fi-Calling 

A wifi call is not the same as WhatsApp calls, by the way. WhatsApp works on data - a wifi call routes your call to the mobile system through an internet connection if no signal is available where you are.
