Unable to make coice calls when abroad

Hi, can anyone help me?

Whenever I go abroad I can't make voice calls with smarty. I can use my data, send text and receive calls.  I've changes all the setting as recommended on the help pages. 

I can't see what the problem is, anyone have any ideas?

@Valerie_2349552 Are you dialling the number from your Contacts? If so, does it have the +44 in front of the number?
