Hi - I joined Smarty last week. Have transferred my number activated the sim and had confirmation that all has gone through however I cannot make calls or receive them when I’m my house. Spent about 4 hours with webchat but they can’t seem to help me. They raised a “ticket” but I haven’t heard a thing back.
i’ve done all the “tests” suggested and am getting nowhere. Is this normal for SMARTY? Very disappointed and frustrated - any suggestions other than moving to another provider?
