Smarty website & chat not very helpful - instructions on what to do with a phone but nothing on Routers
no one to talk to at smarty of course - anyone had any experience of doing this as believe settings need to be changed ?

@CliveBa_3060123 You need to ensure that the APN is set to mob.asm.net and this is achieved via the Settings page for the router,
Thing is, all routers are different and so it's almost impossible to give a definitive help guide. Normally, you access the Settings by using a url in the browser, something like 192.168.1.1 - perhaps you can consult the router manual?
