Hi, if I were to take out an unlimited package now I presume I get a SIM with a new number send to me the next day?
I then want to use this to see if I like it - then in a week or so can I then transfer my existing number over? (I already have the PUC code)
Thanks

@MarcelH_2115222 Exactly so! When you activate a new sim, it is allocated a random number.
You then apply to your old network for a PAC code (NOTE: do NOT oder a STAC code - this will lose your old number).
You say that you already have the PAC code (again not to be confused with a PUK code that is used for unlocking a sim that has become locked). don't forget that it expires after 30 days.
Once you have the PAC code, you can enter the associated number and code in your dashboard at the relevant point and you will be given a transfer date.
If you order on a business day before 5pm, all should be complete by 5pm on the next business day (with fingers crossed and a fair following wind!!)

My number transfer will happen on 18 July '23. Which SIM should I be using until the number transfer? The old SIM or the Smarty SIM?
