Smarty tell me that my number has been successfully ported in, but I can't make or receive calls. How can I resolve this please?

@Victori_3241102 Your number should firstly show on your Account dashboard.
If it does, then you can turn phone off and then back on to force sim to register to network.
If that isn't successful, perform a network reset in Settings on your phone. and that will hopefully do it.
