When I filled in the form to transfer to you I mentioned my existing number. Will that number now be active on the phone because you state it’s updated but the new sim number only works which is if no use.

Your Account Dashboard will show your real number.
Your old number will only have been transferred across if you requested it and gave the PAC code from your previous provider.
