I have recently transferred to smarty from sky and brought my number with me which said it has transferred successfully. However when I send texts, it sends from the number that the smarty SIM card arrived with. I have tried the normal resets etc but makes no difference. I also tried to update the number in my setting but it doesn’t work and remains as the number which the SIM card arrived with. Thanks

@KyleMur_3553340 This is due to your phone 'remembering' the original number allocated to the sim.
Firstly, do check that your Account dashboard shows the correct transferred number - this shows that the transfer went ahead.
Normally a Network Reset should sort this issue.
