Hi do the settings need changini thought three and smarty were the same

@RickOsb_2110518  First thing to check is that the sim is showing as activated on the account dashboard. Also, if router says 'no sim', are you certain that it has been correctly inserted?

Hi sim works in a  phone 

light on router starts green then goes red but dashboard shows it used data

@MSF is spot on with his advice. I just wonder where you are trying to use the SIM ?

If, by chance, you are in the EU, you would need to change the APN to 'mob.asm.net' (without the ' quotes)

Consult your manual if you dont know how to do this.
